Creating an Account on the Kaizen Platform

1. Navigate to the Kaizen Page 0:01

• Open your web browser.
• Go to your community's Kaizen page.
• This page allows you to reserve facilities, register for programs, and sign up for memberships.

2. Click on Create Account 0:21

• Locate the Create Account button on the right side of the page.
• Click on this button to proceed.

3. Choose Account Creation Method 0:21

• If you have a Google account, click on 'Continue with Google' to use it for account creation.
• If you prefer not to use Google, enter your email address and create a password.

4. Set Up Your Profile 0:57

• After signing in, you will be redirected to set up your profile.
• Fill in the following details:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone Number
